The wind suddenly stops as you head towards the mountains, and a great roar sounds in the distance. Up in the skies, a brown dragon does strange pirouhettes in the air, showing off to all he can see. You have reached the cave that serves as a lair to my dragons. Careful around Timber, he tends to have a bit of a temper.
 | Timber Timber is a male Akiren dragon. Akiren dragons are a smaller breed of dragons, they are long, and have wings that are attached directly to the tail. Timber in particular is a womanizer. He left his mother and nest mates at a young age and went with his father, who taught him his love for flying. Timber thinks very highly of himself, and he likes to show his dominance over everything surrounding him, including the elements. Violent, and with a short fuse, he is the typical, stereotyped dragon. He tends to have issues with the ground dwellers of the Den, so he keeps mostly to the skies, landing only to eat and for the occasional rest. Created by YearofDragon |

embodies. Eternally stubborn, she has a hard time admitting when she
is wrong, which has proven to a be problem in the past. Recklessness

prevents her from getting too angry too often, as when anger does get
the better of her, the consequences tend to be rather critical for those

What they do not know is that Nawti comes from an illusive tribe of trouble-makers believed to be related to pixies in some way, and that they believe that nobility is only for those that are big enough to squish those who oppose them, and even then, only if they can catch them before the6 'glide' away.  | Azurano A Kelkin, Azurano was born from the earth like all who have come before him. Already at the prime of his life, Azurano is a solitary beast, preferring to spend time under meditation by serene waterfalls, basking in the wonders of nature. His bright eyes speak of ages of wisdom, making him revered by the younger ones.  | Daedalus A younger Kelkin than Azurano, but still mature and in his adult years, Daedalus is much more social than Azurano, loving the daily life of those 'lesser beings' that surround them. This constant meddling of his, however, has led to the unfortunate meeting of Icarus, who is convinced that, due to his spotted pelt and similar markings, he and Daedalus must be related, and he pesters the Kelkin endlessly with innocent questions and playful heatbutts.  | Helios Naive, childish, happy and lovable are
some of the words to describe young Helios, along with severely mentally
unhinged. Sadly, it isn't the young dragon's fault that his view on
reality isn't quite sane, but the red headed goat's, Wesley's, fault.
Having formed a strong bond with Rubes since birth, Helios sees Rubes as
a father, and loves him unconditionally as such, while he sees Wesley
as an older brother he aspires to be like. He is, however, slightly
envious of the small goat, mostly due to the fact that because he is a
dragon, he will never be able to go to Hogwarts like Wesley will, or at
least like Wesley thinks he will. He does, however, take great pride in
the fact that his father is both a professor and grounds keeper at the
school, and wishes to accompany Rubes, or 'Hagrid' as he calls him, back
to Hogwarts when the mountain sheep is called back to his regular
duties. Rubes constantly tried to tell him not to listen to Wesley's
mad stories when he was born, but eventually he simply gave up and lets
the young dragon do and think as he pleases, although he does offer a
wise word of advice every now and then, despite this advice falling to

Art of Helios
 | Requin A freshwater Terrati, Requin is a rather unusual member of his species. Despite his subspecies usually being born submerged in the water they are known to dwell in, Requin was hatched in an onyx deposit far from water, giving him a rather robust and 'mountaineer' look, which is only made even more impressive by his large stature. Knowing he easily impresses, Requin is a bit of a showoff, but never enough to purposefully bring another Terrati down. Despite having been hatched far away from water, Requin is very attached to it, and he keeps a freshwater plant close to him at all times, reminding him that he is just as much a freshwater dweller as any other. His one vein, however, is to be called Fishie, a nickname he earned among the others he was hatched with due to his unusual looks when compared to them. Character and Art by Kamaliah |

 | Mystique Like Nawti, Mystique comes from a tribe of prankster dragons known as the Mist Dragons. Unlike Nawti, however, Mystique has a power unknown to the lizard looking dragon and his kind, the power to shape shift. Unlike some shape shifters, Mystique looks nothing alike when she changes shape, her power allowing her to change even her color, and only her eyes, goatee and strange paw print marking remaining, all flaws in the eyes of her people. Mystique is a very proud, loyal member of her tribe, and as such, goes to war against Nawti's tribe in often intervals, but is always careful to not bump into the red and cream dragon, not out of fear, but out of affection. Despite the two coming from opposing sides, there is a love/hate relationship between them, and they can on rare occasions be spotted having a romantic evening away from either tribe, hidden away in the deepest parts of the forest both dragons inhabit.
